DELIVERY
Products are sent USPS Priority Mail. Products
will be shipped within 2 business days of your order.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchange of
goods at the present time.
ORDERING
ON-LINE
After you have entered your purchase details and credit
card details and clicked "ADD to CART" your order
begins to process and online changes cannot be made to your
order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment,
please email orders@CaswellGalleries.com.

We accept payment via credit card (Visa/ Master
card/Bankcard ONLY) . Our site is secured by a 128-bit SSL
Certificate thereby offering a very high level of encryption
for security. This means you can rest assured that communications
between your browser and this site's web servers are private
and secure.
PRODUCT
AVAILABILITY
Occasionally a product may be unavailable –
we will be happy to contact you via email when it is back
in stock.
RETURNS
We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase
from the The Caswell Company. However, if for any reason
you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a
refund or replacement on all goods returned to us within
7 days of your receipt of goods. Please note: Due to the
personal nature of beauty products we cannot accept returns
on any used or opened items and for further information
please read Terms and Conditions - RETURN AND REFUND and
WARRANTY CLAIM.

follow the information provided to return goods to The Caswell
Company:
Please
email our customer service quoting your order number on
orders@CaswellGalleries.com
to obtain a returns authorization number (RAN). When you
have received your RAN, please enter it into the space provided
on the returns form included in the documentation that will
be emailed to you. You also need to indicate on this form
whether you would like a refund or replacement of warranty
goods. Please remember that in order for the return to be
processed you must ensure that the completed form is included
with your return package and that the goods are wrapped
securely in the same outer packaging in which you received
them. Please return your package by registered mail and
ensure that you keep your receipt as proof of postage.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will
process your return as quickly as possible and will notify
you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed.
During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working
days for your refund or replacement to be processed. Your
payment for the goods will be refunded by The Caswell Company
as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later
than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please
note that delivery charges are not refunded.
